Warranty & Returns
The Light Tube, Pulsators, Headphone and carrying bag come with a two-year warranty. The warranty starts on the day of delivery. Chargers and cables are not covered under the warranty.
Product defects or incomplete delivery should always be reported within 14 days of receipt via firstname.lastname@example.org.
1. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, defects caused by failure to handle the product with care, defects or damage caused by improper use of the product, including any use contrary to the instructions supplied with the EMDR Kit and/or other actions for which EMDR Kit cannot reasonably be held responsible.
2. The warranty does not cover defects or damage resulting from the use of the product in
combination with or in connection with products, accessories, software and/or services not manufactured or supplied by EMDR Kit, or if the product is used in a manner for which it was not intended.
3. The warranty does not apply if the product has been opened, modified or repaired by an
unauthorised party or has been repaired using unauthorised parts.
4. The warranty does not apply if the product has been exposed to moisture, extreme temperatures or ambient conditions or rapid changes in these conditions, corrosion, oxidation or spillage of food or liquid.
If you are experiencing a problem with the EMDR Kit, please fill the troubleshooter first. If necessary, we can provide replacement or repair within a few business days. There is no warranty on adapters or cables.
Damage and defects outside the warranty or warranty period
Is the defect not covered by the terms of the warranty or did it occur outside the warranty period? We can still repair the product for you!
If your product has been damaged or shows a deficit that does not fall under the guarantee terms and conditions, or is outside of the guarantee period, we can still repair your EMDR Kit. Please fill in the troubleshooter. The troubleshooter could solve or clarify the issue. If not, you can send in the form and we will have the information to help you out as soon as possible.
In case of defects, it is always wise to consult the frequently asked questions first.
Defects that occur outside the warranty period or that are caused by incorrect or careless use can also be resolved. The costs of repair, parts and shipping will be charged to the customer. We always try to keep costs as low as possible when this occurs and give a cost estimate in advance. This prevents unwelcome surprises for you.
We offer a 12-month warranty on repaired parts from the time you receive the repaired part.
We offer a 100%-money-back guarantee if the product is returned within 30 days. If you don’t like the product or if you have another reason to return the product, you can send it back to us and you will be refunded the purchase price. The following rules apply:
1. Please let us know within 30 days of receipt that you want to return the product. You can do this via our e-mail address email@example.com. We will send you the return address.
2. The product must be returned in its original packaging. It is important that the product is in the same condition as you received it.
3. Once we receive the product, we will let you know and we will refund the purchase price. Usually, the money is in your account within 5 working days.
4. We cannot refund shipping costs.
