We strive to send your package as soon as possible. In most cases, we ship within two working days. From then on, the delivery time depends on the final destination of the package.
Once your order has been sent, you will receive an email with a track-and-trace code which you can use to track your shipment. Please note that these shipping times are estimates. In some cases, the delivery of your package may take longer due to unforeseen circumstances, such as customs clearance or specific border control procedures in your country. Unfortunately, these delays are outside of our control. In almost all cases, delayed packages are delivered within 30 days. Countries that have stricter customs control include Israel, Turkey, and Serbia.
Custom Clearance / Import tax
If you order from outside the European Union (EU), you may have to pay custom clearance duties and taxes in your country. This depends on the country in question. Please check with the customs clearance authorities in your country if any costs apply and how much they will be. These costs are beyond control as they are regulated by your own country.
