  • How are taxes calculated?

    Purchases made by customers outside of the European Union are VAT (tax) exempt. Please be aware that your own country may charge VAT or import charges. This is outside of our control.
    For purchases made by customers within the European Union, the VAT rate is based on the tax rate in the country from which you are ordering. This applies to all products you order through our website, including shipping. You can find the rates per country here

  • Can I pay on an invoice payment / pay with a bank transfer?

    Yes, that is possible. Customers within the EU can select the payment method Bank transfer / Wire Transfer.
    For other customers, please send us an email with your order and shipping and billing information and we can send you an invoice.

  • My credit card payment did not go through. What can I do?

    Some credit card companies automatically block payments made abroad.
    The best thing to do is to call your credit card company and ask them to allow the payment. Try placing the order again once you have called them. If this does not work, please select a different payment option for your order, such as Paypal.

  • Do the products work with other voltages?

    We provide power adapters or converters specifically for your country so you can be sure our products will work in your country.

    We do not charge extra for this service.

  • Advice / Guidelines regarding hygiene and maintenance

    With the EMDR Kit Wireless, it is important to clean the contact points on the Pulsators and in the docking station for uninterrupted charging of the Pulsators. You can use hygienic tissues to clean the parts. Beside maintaining normal hygiene, there are no specific requirements or risks.
