For example, use the lights with random colors and let the client name the colors as they change. Bilateral stimulation and working memory load has never been so easy! In addition, using the EMDR Kit makes your EMDR sessions a lot more comfortable. The set can be controlled wirelessly with the EMDR Kit app, which you can download on your smartphone or tablet.
