We ship DDP (Delivered Duty Paid) to the U.S. At checkout you’ll see the line “Tax and charges” which covers required U.S. import taxes, customs clearance, and carrier handling, so you get one all-in price with no surprise bills on delivery (this is not U.S. sales tax). You won’t be asked to pay anything on delivery; if a courier requests payment in error, don’t pay: contact us and we’ll resolve it. The “Tax and charges” amount can vary because it reflects current U.S. import rules for your order and shipping method; we bundle everything upfront so your parcel clears quickly and arrives without extra charges. These charges are generally non-refundable on returns because they’re paid during import; product refunds follow our standard returns policy.

Non EU:
Purchases made by customers outside of the European Union are VAT (tax) exempt. Please be aware that your own country may charge VAT or import charges. This is outside of our control. Read more about that here.

EU:
For purchases made by customers within the European Union, the VAT rate is based on the tax rate in the country from which you are ordering. This applies to all products you order through our website, including shipping. You can find the standard rates per country here. 

Yes, that is possible. Customers within the EU can select the payment method Bank transfer / Wire Transfer.
For other customers, please send us an email with your order and shipping and billing information and we can send you an invoice.

With the EMDR Kit Wireless, it is important to clean the contact points on the Pulsators and in the docking station for uninterrupted charging of the Pulsators. You can use hygienic tissues to clean the parts. Beside maintaining normal hygiene, there are no specific requirements or risks.
